What if I do not like the design? How many revisions are included?
We show you the design for approval first — nothing gets built blind. Two rounds of revisions at the design stage and one after launch are included; in practice more is rarely needed, because we work from your material and the examples you like from the start. Further changes are billed hourly, agreed beforehand.
Who owns the domain, hosting and code once I have paid?
You do — and how it is arranged is your choice. We can buy the domain and hosting for you and set everything up, or you do it on your own account and we just connect the site. Either way the domain, hosting and code are yours; if you ever want to move the site elsewhere or hand it to another company, nothing ties you to us.
Do I have to buy a care plan?
No. Care plans are optional — the site runs without them. A plan makes sense if you want regular changes or would rather not look after updates and backups yourself. Without one, you simply order changes when you need them.
Copy and photos — mine or yours?
Yours are best: you know your business and your clients. If you have none, we help — we write the copy from a conversation with you, pick stock photos or suggest what to shoot with a phone. Language versions (English, Russian, Ukrainian) we prepare ourselves.
How does billing work: contract, invoice, VAT, deposit?
We sign a simple contract with scope, price and deadline. 50% deposit at the start, the rest on acceptance — before the site goes live on your domain. We issue a VAT invoice (we are a registered Polish company, NIP 5423405480), payment by transfer to a Polish account.
"A site in 7 days" — what do you need from me to make it?
Three things: a short conversation about the business (30 minutes), the copy or at least notes to write it from, and your logo and photos if you have them. The clock starts once we have the material — that is usually the only thing we wait for.
